Inside, you'll find a fully stocked kitchen, high-speed private WiFi, smart TVs, a King bed, and a Queen size pull out sleeper sofa. Perfect for couples, families, or friends. The building features a beachfront pool, laundry room, elevator, and vending machines for added convenience. One parking space is included. This condo is located in the Daytona Inn Beach Resort, a mixed-use property with both residential and short-term units. Building Info: The front desk is not affiliated with our rental—please contact us directly with any questions or issues. The unit is on the 4th floor and accessible by elevator or stairs. While the building is oceanfront, it is not a luxury resort—expect casual, beachy vibes and occasional normal wear from salt and weather. Parking Pass: – One parking pass is included. One vehicle permitted for this unit. – Please display it clearly on your dashboard to avoid towing. Tow company allows a 15-minute grace period to give guests time to retrieve and display the pass. – We are not responsible for any towing fees or fines. Access Info: – Your unique door code for the electronic lock will be provided before check-in. – Coin laundry machines are available on-site. Codes for the laundry room and pool deck will also be shared once confirmed (these are occasionally updated). House Rules & Reminders: – No pets allowed. – No Smoking in unit or on balcony – No grills or open flames permitted anywhere on the property. – Do not leave items in the tub or sink that may cause stains (especially spray-on tan products – these have caused damage in the past). – Any fines or fees resulting from rule violations are the guest’s responsibility. – Please be respectful of quiet hours and neighbors. important Information.
