POOL CURRENTLY CLOSED. New roof and Sign in progress, some small portions of the parking lot may be blocked for construction. Our private balcony may at times be closed during July but our large window view of the ocean is not affected. You can still enjoy the view from our space. Next door is a beachhouse under construction as well. We like to mention for your information but this does not affect inside our unit at all. There are no washers or dryers onsite but there are nearby laundry mats if you need them. Don’t forget to put your parking passes in your car as soon as you arrive. Be sure to return the parking passes before you leave.
